The Inspiration

It was the Spring of 2016 when the founders of our company traveled to New Orleans to experience the culture of that beautiful city, and the lively food scene was imprinted upon their hearts. The traditional Louisiana seafood boils were unlike anything they had ever tasted before.

Master Crab

Inspired by the seafood boils, they came back to Cape Coral in the state of Florida and started experimenting with the dish, but with an Asian twist. The Louisiana seafood boil has been a tradition for many years, and they wanted to share this fusion with as many people as possible.

Traditionally, the ‘Boil Master’ in Louisiana has large portions of seafood, which usually contains crawfish. It is paired with a special seasoning and large quantities of cayenne pepper. With more than ten years of experience in the food industry, our founders created the incredible flavors that will leave your taste buds yearning for more. We offer a diverse range of seafood options like crabs, clams, shrimp, lobster, and more. Our famous Master Crab special seasoning is the perfect mix of cajun, lemon pepper, garlic butter, and of course, our own traditional blend of Szechuan spices.
